In other news: Dad's got bruised ribs, a 3-stitched concussion, a 5-stitched elbow, and is justifiably sore. Hit-by-a-truck-sore. Or, ya know, the ground.  Idiot.  Which I can say because he'll be perfectly fine and not buried cuz he broke his fall with his head against a sharp rock.  ( Read more... )

As my first post back to the land of the virtually living, I'd like to post my 3-weeks-late reactions to the Stargate:Atlantis episode "The Shrine".  And so I will.

I have nothing of personal note to contribute, so I'm just gonna post my As-It-Happens Commentary on the episode of Doctor Who that just aired last night, "Turn Left".  Which I loved. More than a thing should be.   GOD, I LOVE THIS SHOW!!

 I am bored.  I am brain-awake.  I am body-dead-tired.   It is 11:11pm.   I want to re-do my whole journal because I'm a whiny baby and am pouty for no reason and am hating all kinds of shouldn't-be-hating-this stuff.  *pouts* So there. humph.
